What We're Looking For
- Factual corrections. Wrong price, wrong plan detail, wrong retention number, wrong ownership claim. Send it with a source and we'll fix it the same day.
- Provider tips. If you work at or use a provider we haven't reviewed yet, let us know. We add providers as we're able to test them.
- Ranking disagreements. If you think we've been unfair to a specific provider, make the case. We'll read it and respond. We don't promise to change the ranking, but we promise to consider it honestly.
- r/usenet moderation evidence. If you have documented cases of threads being removed, accounts being silenced, or patterns we should include in our moderation investigation, send them. Anonymity respected.
- Technical feedback. If our testing methodology has a gap or our backbone identification is wrong, we want to hear it.
What We Won't Do
- We won't take down a review because a provider asked us to.
- We won't accept payment for placement or priority responses.
- We won't share the identity of anyone who sends us a tip.
Response Time
This isn't a full-time operation. Expect a response within a few days for factual corrections and within a week for everything else. Corrections that check out get applied to the site immediately; the review process for ranking disagreements takes longer because we re-run our own tests before changing a grade.
